OOTD: Black, Sliver and Burnt Orange.

Hi everyone,
I hope you are enjoying your Tuesday as much as I am! Today was a pupil free day from school and I took advantage of it as much as possible starting out with a sleep in, painting my nails and putting together this fun outfit.
I recently went shopping and purchased this burnt orange knitted jumper from Bardot, on sale for $40 (bargain!) aswell as the black velvet turban style headband which was 50% off so I got it for $6.50 (everything I bought happened so be in sale, I was one happy girl)
I paired the two of them with my favourite black jeans, a black handbag from Sportsgirl with silver hardware, silver jewellry and black wedges from Famous Footwear.
I really love this outfit and had so much fun making my first outfit of the day! If I did go out of the house today I would swap the heels for my combat boots instead, just to dress down the outfit a bit!
Be sure to give some feedback on the outfit and let me know if you like it, I hope you are having a wonderful day! T xx

Ombre Nails!

Nail Art and Designs have become just as much a fashion statement as clothing and can really pull together an outfit. Ombre Nails is a new trend that uses different colours and tones to create a gradient effect and I am obsessed!
Suprisingly, Ombre Nails are actually very simple to create. All you need is nail polish and a makeup sponge. To create this amazing look all you need to do is paint your nails wihite, this will act as a base and make the colours more vibrant, it doesn't have to be perfect just make sure it is opaque. Once the base is completely dry, you will need to cut the sponge to the size of your nail, to avoid a messy polish all around your fingers. Apply a line of each colour you want to use onto the sponge and dab it on your nails. It really is that simple! Just make sure you use the sponge to blend the colours well and apply a topcoat once the polish has dried.
I have tried doing this before and changed the colour combination this time, it's so fun to see what colours go well together.

The nail polishes I used were:
OPI- Alpine Snow
OPI- No Room For The Blues
OPI- A Grape Fit!
Rubi Shoes- Spearmint

I hope you enjoyed my first official post and try out this super cute DIY manicure because trust me, you are sure to turn some heads! T xx

Introducing, Tori.

Hello blogger world, this is my first ever post! I couldn't think of anything more logical than to introduce myself, so here goes!
My name is Tori and I am a bubbly 16 year old girl from Australia!
I absolutely love fashion and makeup, my aim is to focus my blog on inspiration and advice from fashion and makeup with things like Outfits Of The Day, Makeup Tutorials, Reviews, Hauls and the amazing items on my long, very long, Wish List. It also a big dream of mine to help other girls survive the many struggles in life that we face are a reslut of being a teenager. As I am on the "homestrech" of my teen years I feel like I can make it easier for others because let's face it, I have had my fair share of friendship struggles, school pressures, and body image and self esteem insecurities.
I hope that my blog eventually becomes a place where girls can stop by regularly and enjoy themselves.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, I hope you are having a wonderful day and please visit again soon! T xx
